This article will help you ensure you are connected to the correct network, you wish to be on.

Windows Users:

1. Go to the "Command Prompt" in Windows search (Run as Administrator)
2. In the command prompt, type "ipconfig" and hit enter
3. The network you are currently using will be listed under IPv4
   • Note: This IP should match the IP Address used when connecting to the Tagging App 

MAC/Apple Users:

1. Go to "System Settings"
2. Click "Network"
3. Select "WiFi" or "Ethernet" (whichever one you're using)
4. Click "Details"
5. Now the IP Address should populate
   • Note: This IP should match the IP Address used when connecting to the Tagging App.
