If you are noticing behavioral issues within the app, please follow the instructions below:
- Connect the iPad to the B1 Wi-Fi and launch the app.
- Click Menu > More > Support > Download radar log files.
- Disconnect from the B1 Wi-Fi and reconnect to your office network.
- Click Menu > More > Support > Contact support and write a short message, such as "additional log information about app crash" and tap Send (requires your iPad to be configured to send email).
It would also be helpful if you could share one or more specific timestamps of the sessions where the app crashed (for example, the exact date and time it happened on the iPad). You can describe the issue using the email format above.
