If your B1 app is freezing, crashing, or not responding, please follow the steps below in order:
- Update the App and Your iPad Outdated software can cause performance issues.
- Check for updates: Open the App Store and update the B1 app (if available).
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any iOS updates.
- Restart the App and iPad
- Refreshing the system can resolve temporary glitches.
- Fully close the B1 app (use the app switcher and swipe it away)
- Power Cycle the B1 Unit
- If the unit feels unresponsive: Turn the B1 unit off. Wait 10–15 seconds.
- Turn it back on.
- Relaunch the app. This helps re-establish communication between the device and the app.
- Check Wi-Fi and Storage Connectivity
- Low storage may cause the app to freeze.
- Temporarily turn Wi-Fi off and relaunch the app to test performance.
- Go to Settings > General > iPad Storage and ensure adequate free space is available
- Send Diagnostics to Support
- If the issue continues: Open the B1 app.
- Navigate to More > Support > Contact Support.
- Provide a brief description of the issue and send the email. Please ensure your iPad is configured to send emails.
