B1 App | App Freezing

If your B1 app is freezing, crashing, or not responding, please follow the steps below in order:

  1. Update the App and Your iPad Outdated software can cause performance issues. 
    • Check for updates: Open the App Store and update the B1 app (if available). 
    • Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any iOS updates.

  2.  Restart the App and iPad 
    • Refreshing the system can resolve temporary glitches. 
    • Fully close the B1 app (use the app switcher and swipe it away)
  3. Power Cycle the B1 Unit 
    • If the unit feels unresponsive: Turn the B1 unit off. Wait 10–15 seconds. 
    • Turn it back on. 
    • Relaunch the app. This helps re-establish communication between the device and the app.
  4. Check Wi-Fi and Storage Connectivity
    • Low storage may cause the app to freeze. 
    • Temporarily turn Wi-Fi off and relaunch the app to test performance. 
    • Go to Settings > General > iPad Storage and ensure adequate free space is available

  5.  Send Diagnostics to Support 
    • If the issue continues: Open the B1 app. 
    • Navigate to More > Support > Contact Support.
    •  Provide a brief description of the issue and send the email. Please ensure your iPad is configured to send emails.
