If you’re having issues with your Edgertronic video recording, please ensure to check that “Save View” is turned off.
How to Turn Off “Save View”
- Open a browser on a device connected to the same network as your Edgertronic camera and type in its IP address.
- This will open the camera’s web interface.
- Go to Settings → Options.
- Make sure “Save View” is turned off.
- Close the Options window using the grey X in the top-right corner.
- Make sure to close the window using the X, otherwise your settings will not be saved.

- Your Edgertronic camera should now be running smoothly.
