Data | What is the Sharing Network?

The Trackman baseball sharing network is a cloud-based ecosystem where Trackman radar units (installed in stadiums or used portably) automatically upload, store, and synchronize pitch and batted ball data.

It enables coaches, players, and scouts to access real-time or post-game analytics, such as velocity, spin rate, and exit speed, via a web portal or app. This facilitates instant sharing for scouting, training, and player evaluation.

Key Features of the Trackman Sharing Network:

  • Automatic Uploads: Once a session (game or bullpen) ends, data is instantly pushed to the cloud when connected to the internet.
  • Access & Sharing: Data is immediately available on the browser-based portal, allowing coaches to share reports, 3D visualizations of pitches, and performance metrics.
  • Video Integration: The system supports automatic synchronization of high-speed video from connected cameras (e.g., Edgertronic), enabling players to view video of specific pitches alongside their data.
  • Remote Access: Coaches, players, and scouts can access the shared data on multiple devices from any location.
