B1 App | Uploading TMFs for Support 🎦

Step 1: Enable TMF Uploads

Begin by navigating to the top-right corner of the screen and selecting the menu icon (three lines).

  1. Select "More"
  2. Go to the Sync tab  
  3. Enable the following options:  
    • Upload TMF Files  
    • Sync App Logs  

Both settings should display orange, confirming they are active. 

Step 2: Continue Your Session

Once TMF uploads and app logs are enabled, proceed with your session as normal. This allows the system to capture the necessary data for troubleshooting. 

Step 3: Record and Send TMF Data

After completing your session:

  1. Navigate to the Support tab  
  2. Select "Record TMF Data" 
  3. An email will be generated automatically  
  4. Send the email with the attached TMF data  

Step 4: Upload the Session

Ensure that your session is fully uploaded after completion. This step is critical for support teams to review the collected data alongside the TMF files. 

Step 5: Disable TMF Uploads

After everything has been sent:

  1. Return to the Sync tab  
  2. Turn OFF:  
    • Upload TMF Files  
    • Sync App Logs
