This guide explains how to add a player to a game when they are not currently listed on the roster.
By following these steps, you can quickly locate the player, add them to the active roster for the scheduled game, and ensure they are available for that game's tracking and statistics. This process helps keep roster information accurate and allows all player data to be recorded correctly throughout the game.
Please note this will only add a player to the roster for a specific game. If you would like to add a player to the roster permanently, you have to write an email to datadesksupervisors@trackman.com.
- Click on the team subs option and select the opposing team or your team.
- After that, click on the minus logo to the right of the pitcher or Position Player
- Input the player name, and the option to add a placeholder player will appear:
- Once completed, just fill out the columns with the player information, and the player will be added to the game.
